The company is primarily engaged in the manufacture and commercialization of photographic products and accessories. It started its activities in 2000 through the merger of two companies: PHOTO-PLASTIC S.A. and VALLES INTERTRADING S.A. AP PHOTO INDUSTRIES S.L. was founded by Antonio Peñarroya. The company's corporate headquarters is located in Barbera del Valles, Spain. The company is commercializing its products under own AP brand. At the same time, it is collaborating with well reputed international companies producing products under its brands and under special technical specifications. From its four production centers, the company controls the 100 percent of the production process and commercialization: investigation, design and improvement of accessories, building of moulds and production equipment, production of accessories both in plastic and metallic, and assembling and packing of all products. The company also distributes well reputed photographic products like 3M, AP, AP CRISTALL, BRAVO, CASIO, DELSEY, ENERGIZER, EPSON, FERRANIA, FUJI, GOLLA, GPI, HP, KINGSTON, KODAK, MITSUBISHI, NOKIA, NOVOCOLOR, OLYPUS, PHILIPS, PHOTOLAB, POLAROID, PROFILM, SANDISK, SONY, STAS, TDK and UNIFILM. It operates two operative centers in Madrid and Canary Islands.
